Extra heavy black canvas from organic cotton

A sturdy canvas with a distinct character, woven from thicker yarns and made from 100% Aegean (Turkish) organic cotton. Although the fabric is woven in a plain weave, the appearance is dominated by the chain whereas the weft barely shows. The fabric is dyed black conform the GOTS standard, which means only eco friendly dyes were used.Despite its heavy weight of 430 gr/m2 this is a supple fabric, that can be used for furniture, but also for jackets, bags or paintings.
